The scooter isn’t weighing tons as do other dual-motor and dual suspension capacity batteries on performance scooters. VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett Scooters

The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to the VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett Scooters. It is larger than the deck, and it also comes with an new clamp, which is similar to the clamps you find in the Rion scooters.

When I first saw the clamp that was on VSETT 9, and Rion personally, I really prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it just had the Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion however it came with two extra security features.

It’s available in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife will love since she’s a fan of all things teal. It also locks in itself when folded. The hook that holds it into place when folded, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ is what impressed me the most.

It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think much of it when looking at it on a spec sheet. However, once I had the chance to test ride the 9+, I was completely blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ was going to fly off and leave the 9+ behind however, it was able to keep up.

I usually prefer high powered scooters however I could easily see myself taking the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get a ton of air even on flat ground.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett Scooters

VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 mph as well as get about 25 miles of real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery variants of this 8 initially. Two variants will include one of the 15.6 amp hour version with Chinese batteries, and the second will be the 21 amp hour version using LG batteries. Vsett Scooters.

With its electric brakes, rear drum brake and the solid back tire should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It comes with front and rear swing arm suspension, which could be a significant improvement over the smaller spring suspension found in the ZERO 8

VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar with the VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It was built to go up higher slopes and has a higher top speed, and does not have flats compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.

VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett Scooters

The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is believed to be a step up from that of the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett Scooters.

The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires that measure 3 inches wide. It offers the strong clamp that resembles similar to the clamp on the RION scooters.

It does have an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I think it is an good option to protect the controller from damage by overheating.

I am awestruck by the fact that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold to itself after folding because the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together also doubles up as a hook for bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.

It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with a water resistant rating, none of the distributors will warrant damages caused by water. This deck, 10+ is bigger than the 10X so it should be very large.

I saw a ton of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final prototype, I found they didn’t come with any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would come with EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks because they are more comfortable.

The good thing is that the shocks are of a standard size which makes it simple to purchase and set up a replacement.

When I see an image of the VSETT 11+ in my view, I immediately think of Captain America. A few people have expressed their disgust for the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.

So, that’s enough about costumes, you probably are here for the specifications. The VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that appears like it came off of motorcyle.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still an 60V battery. I do wish they would had come up with a 72V battery but I’m betting they’ll launch an equivalent 72V model in the future. It has dual stems which is always nice to ensure stability.

The 11+ has 11-inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It also has an sport mode similar to the 10+ which is only for two minutes, and then shuts down after 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.

I wish the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are using for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re using the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. Not sure why they didn’t choose to use the unique clamp, but I’d like to see it used on future models. Vsett Scooters.
