Vsett scooters came and took the electric scooter industry by storm with some remarkable decisions. Vsett Review. For example the fact that GoTrax has had a difficult time equipping their scooters with suspensions, the cheapest of the Vsett scooters comes with two spring suspension systems.
Alternatively, while Minimotors doesn’t get its scooters certified IP, all of Vsett’s models are rated IP54 which makes them extremely durable as all-year-round scooters. It’s important to note that every Vsett scooter is equipped complete with the NFC key card immobiliser, that shows the seriousness with which the company approaches its work when it comes to intelligent scooter design.
Vsett Intelligent Technology Co is only a few years old in the electric scooter world and yet they’re a force that scooting enthusiasts should be keeping in mind. They are known for making nearly perfect performance electric scooters at varied price points. The scooters are cut above other models across a range of specifications, e.g. range and speed as well as ride comfort, reliability in ride quality, along with overall performance. Vsett Review.
The scooters will be constantly scrutinized against models from other brands. Still, the market for Vsett is quite personal, with each launch leaving customers more amazed than with the previous.

The Vsett 9+ is one this kind of marvel. The exquisite craftsmanship is described to the point of perfection. Whether you’re impressed by the curving design of handlebars, or the low weight of this dual-motor scooter- there’s plenty to entice your fancy. It’s quick and can travel long distances, which is a great feature for those looking for the commuter scooter. Vsett Review.
The scooter does not weigh tons as do other dual-motor and dual suspension capacity battery-powered performance scooters. Additionally, it is equipped with Vsett’s exclusive Triple Stem Locking Mechanism, making this scooter portable enough to take it on public transportation or the trunk of your car.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than the VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett Review. It is larger than the deck and also has the new clamp, which is similar to the ones that you can find in the Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9 and Rion in person, I actually liked the clamp for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is very strong, however it only had the Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was equally robust as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra safety features.
It is available in a black and teal color which I’m sure my wife would love because she loves everything teal. It also locks in it when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding can also double as a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It is available in the same shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be most impressed with the 10+, however the 9+ I was most surprised by.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking much about it when studying the specs sheet. However, once I had an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was blown amazed at how quick and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ in the dust, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping up.
I typically prefer powerful scooters, but I could see myself taking the 9+ as a daily driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me but to some it might weigh 62 pounds.) I was able to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry-level, cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery versions of the 8 first. The two versions will be the 15.6 amp hour version that uses Chinese batteries and the other will comprise the one with 21 amps with LG batteries. Vsett Review.
With the electric braking, rear drum brake and a solid back tire will aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It has both rear and front swing arm suspension which should make a difference to the spring suspension that is small included in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical with the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It’s built to go up higher slopes, have a higher maximum speed and does not have flats compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is believed to be a step above that of the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett Review.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It offers the strong clamp that resembles that of it’s RION scooters.
There is the sport mode button, which is only active for two minutes and then take a 10 minute break. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, however I think it is a good way to prevent controller damages due to overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact I love the fact that VSETT 10+ folds in itself once folded since the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to move. The hook used to lock the scooter together doubles into a hook to hang the bag you carry or your helmet when running into a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Even though the scooter has a water resistant rating however, none of the distributors warrant damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is larger than the 10X deck, which means it should be very large.
I saw many images and videos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final prototype I realized that they do not have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would come with the EXA Form 290 shocks because they are more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are of a standard size, making it easy to buy and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+, I automatically visualize Captain America. Some people have voiced their disgust for the color of the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I could imagine myself getting dressed in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Well that’s enough about costumes, you probably were looking for specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks as if it came from a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is a 60V battery. I would like to have created this with an a 72V battery, but I’m sure they’ll release a 72V version in the near future. It does offer two stems which is always nice to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which measure 4 inches in width. It has an sport mode similar to the 10+, but it only lasts two minutes, and then shuts down after 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ had the same clamp that we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the unique clamp, however I’d love to see it on future renditions. Vsett Review.
