VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett Canada

The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as collapsible handlebars. Vsett Canada. It has a larger deck and also has the new clamp, which is similar to the ones that you can find with the Rion scooters.

The clamp I saw that was on VSETT 9, and Rion in person, I actually preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is very strong, however it only had the Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was equally robust as the Rion however it came with two additional safety features.

It comes in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will love since she’s a fan of everything teal. It also locks into its own when folded. The hook used to lock it in place after folding can also double to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of one motor. It is available in the same shade of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ surprised me the most.

It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think about it while reviewing the specs sheet. But, when I finally got the chance to test ride the 9+, I was completely blown away by how fast and responsive the motorbike is. I thought the 10+ was going to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be able to keep up.

I typically prefer high powered scooters but I could see me using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop on the 9+, and it’s possible to get plenty of fresh air on almost any flat surface.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett Canada

The VSETT 8 is an entry level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 mph in a single motor and get about 25 miles of real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handles and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries versions of the 8 first. The two variants will include one of the 15.6 amp-hour version with Chinese batteries and the other version will comprise the one with 21 amps that uses LG batteries. Vsett Canada.

With its electric brakes with rear drum brake as well as solid back tire can help to keep maintenance down. It comes with front and rear swing arm suspension that can make a difference to the spring suspension that is small in the ZERO 8

VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical to VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It’s designed to climb bigger hills as well as have a greater top speed, and does not have flats like the VSETT 8.

The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is believed to be an upgrade from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett Canada.

The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that measure 3 inches wide. It has a sturdy clamp that looks like the one on the RION scooters.

There is a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes and then take a 10 minute break. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I believe it’s an good way to prevent controller damage due to overheating.

I like it that VSETT 10+ folds to itself after folding because the ZERO 10X isn’t making it hard for portability. The hook used to secure the scooter together also doubles up as a hook for a bag or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.

It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter does have an IP44 rating for water resistance, none of the distributors will warranty the damage caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X, so it should be very large.

I saw a ton of photos and videos marketing VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final prototype, I found they do not have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d have the EXA Form 290 shocks as they are more comfortable.

The good news is that shocks come in a traditional size, making it easy to find and set up a replacement.

Whenever I see VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+ I automatically think of Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure with the color of the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I imagine getting dressed up in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.

So, enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. The VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks as if it came from a motorbike.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is it is a 60V battery. I do wish they would had come up with an a 72V battery, but I’m sure they’ll release a 72V version in the future. It does offer dual stems , which is always nice for stability.

The 11+ has 11-inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It comes with an sport mode similar to the 10+, but it is only for 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.

I wish the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are using in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t utilize the unique clamp, but I’d like to see it on future versions. Vsett Canada.
