VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than the VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and collapsible handlebars. Vsett 9+r. It is larger than the deck, and it also comes with an new clamp, which is similar to the ones you see in the Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw on the VSETT 9, and Rion personally, I preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is very strong, however it only had the Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was just as strong as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra safety features.
It’s available in a black and teal color which I’m sure my wife will love since she is a sucker for all things teal. It also locks into itself when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place when folded, doubles up as a bag hook once the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it comes with dual motors instead of a single motor. It is available in the same shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ is what I was most surprised by.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts, so I didn’t think about it while studying it on a specification sheet. But, when I finally got an opportunity to test drive it, I was completely blown amazed by how swift and zippy the scooter is. I thought the 10+ was going to fly off and leave the 9+ behind however, it was able to keep up.
I usually prefer powerful scooters, however I could easily see me having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me , but to some it would be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop 9+ and was able to get tons of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry-level, cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 mph as well as get about 25 miles of actual usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two batteries versions of the 8 at first. The two versions will be that of 15.6 amp hour version using Chinese batteries. The other will include the version with 21 amps with LG batteries. Vsett 9+r.
With the electric braking front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid rear tire, it should help to keep maintenance down. It offers both rear and front swing arm suspension, which could be an improvement to the small spring suspension in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical to the VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It was designed to climb bigger hills and has a higher speeds, and does not have flats like the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is believed to be a step up from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 9+r.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires, which are three inches in width. It comes with a strong clamp that looks like the one on it’s RION scooters.
There is the sport mode button, which can only activate for 2 minutes and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I think it is an good method to avoid controller damages by overheating.
I love that the VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding, since the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it hard for portability. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together doubles up as a hook for a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with water-resistant ratings, none of the distributors will guarantee damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is larger than the 10X so it should be very large.
I saw a ton of videos and photos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the prototype to its final version, I found they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d have one of the EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are a traditional size so that it is easy to buy and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see the VSETT 11+ I immediately visualize Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I can imagine dressing up in an Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, chances are you came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks like it came from a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is it is a 60V battery. I would like to have made this using an a 72V battery, but I’m sure they’ll release an equivalent 72V model in the future. It has dual stems which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11-inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It has a sport mode like the 10+, but it is only for two minutes, and then shuts down for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are seeing the same type of clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the innovative clamp however I’d love to see it used on future renditions. Vsett 9+r.
