VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 9 Review

The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 9 Review. It comes with a bigger deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones that you can find in those Rion scooters.

The clamp I saw on the VSETT 9, and Rion on the street, I really prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is strong but it was just the Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was equally strong as the Rion however it came with two additional safety features.

It’s available in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife will love since she is a sucker for everything teal. It also locks into it when folded. The hook used to lock it in place after folding is also used as a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it has dual motors instead of just one motor. It is available in the same color as the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I thought I would be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ I was most surprised by.

The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter, so I didn’t think much about it when studying it on a specification sheet. However, once I got a chance to ride the 9+, I was completely blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping pace.

I typically prefer super-powered scooters but I could definitely see myself taking the 9+ for a regular driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop the 9+ and you’re able to get plenty of air even on flat ground.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 9 Review

The VSETT 8 is the entry-level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter that can go up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries variants of this 8 first. The two variants will include one of the 15.6 amp hour model using Chinese batteries and the other version will be the 21 amp hour version using LG batteries. Vsett 9 Review.

With the electric brake front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid back tire will aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It has the front and rear swing arm suspension that can be an improvement to the spring suspension that is small included in the ZERO 8

The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that are 3 inches wide. It offers the strong clamp that looks like similar to the clamp on the RION scooters.

It does come with a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, however I think it is a good option to protect the controller from damage due to overheating.

I love it that VSETT 10+ locks into itself when folded because the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to move. The hook used to lock the scooter together doubles into a hook to hang the bag you carry or your helmet while you’re in a store.

It comes with an IP44 waterproof rating. Even though the scooter has water-resistant ratings, none of the distributors warranty water damage. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X so it will be much larger.

I was able to see a lot of images and videos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the final model I discovered that they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with one of the EXA Form 290 shocks because they are more comfortable.

The good thing is that the shocks come in a traditional size so that it is easy to buy and install a new.

Whenever I see an image of the VSETT 11+ in my view, I instantly imagine Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure at the color of the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.

Okay, enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. The VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks as if it was ripped off of a motorbike.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is a 60V battery. I would like to have created this with the 72V battery however I bet they will release another 72V version in the future. It has dual stems which is always a nice feature for stability.

The 11+ has 11-inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It comes with a sport mode like the 10+, but it is only for two minutes, and then shuts down for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.

I wish the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are using for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp used in the zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t choose to use the unique clamp, but I would love to see it on future renditions. Vsett 9 Review.
