VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to the VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 8 Vs Zero 8. It is larger than the deck and also has the upgraded clamp which is comparable to the ones you see with the Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp in the VSETT 9 as well as Rion in person, I actually preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. I think the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had a Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was equally robust as the Rion however it came with two extra security features.
It is available in a teal and black color which I’m sure my wife will love since she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks into itself when folded. The hook used to lock it in place after folding can also double as a bag hook once the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of one motor. It is available in the same shade of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ impressed me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think about it while looking at it on a spec sheet. However, once I had an opportunity to test drive it, I was blown away by how fast and responsive the motorbike is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind however, it was able to keep up.
I usually prefer powerful scooters, but I could definitely see my self taking the 9+ for a regular driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me , but to some it could weigh 62 pounds.) I learned to bunny hop the 9+ and was able to get a ton of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level, cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handles and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two battery variants of this 8 at first. The two models will have the 15.6 amp hour model using Chinese batteries. The other will include the version with 21 amps that uses LG batteries. Vsett 8 Vs Zero 8.
With its electric brakes with rear drum brake as well as the solid back tire should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It comes with the front and rear swing arm suspension, which could make a difference to the spring suspension that is small included in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar with VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It was built to go up higher slopes and has a higher speeds, and will never have flats as compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black and is said to be a step above it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Vs Zero 8.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires, which are three inches in width. It has a sturdy clamp that resembles the one on the RION scooters.
There is an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I find it to be a good method to avoid controller damage by overheating.
I love I love the fact that VSETT 10+ is able to fold to itself after folding due to the fact that the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together also doubles into a hook to hang the bag you carry or your helmet when running into a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Even though the scooter has water-resistant ratings, none of the distributors will guarantee damages caused by water. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X, so it is expected to be very big.
I was able to see a lot of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype I realized that they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d include the EXA Form 290 shocks because they are more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks come in a traditional size so that it is easy to find and set up a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at the VSETT 11+ I automatically imagine Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure with the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I can imagine dressing up in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
Well you’ve had enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks like it came from a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still it is a 60V battery. I’d like to have made this using the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch an equivalent 72V model in the future. It comes with two stems which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It also has a sport mode like the 10+, but it only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.
I would like to see the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we are using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t choose to use the innovative clamp however I’d love to see it on future models. Vsett 8 Vs Zero 8.
