VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 8 Scooter Review

VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than their VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 8 Scooter Review. It is larger than the deck, as well as an new clamp, which is similar to the ones that you can find with the Rion scooters.

When I saw clamp in the VSETT 9, and Rion personally, I really preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is strong but it was just a Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was just as sturdy as the Rion however it came with two additional safety features.

It’s available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she is a sucker for anything teal. It also locks into itself when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place when folded is also used to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ impressed me the most.

It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think much about it when studying it on a specification sheet. However, once I got an opportunity to test drive the 9+ I was completely blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping up.

I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters but I could see me using the 9+ for a regular driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me , but to some it would weigh 62 pounds.) I was able to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get a ton of air even on flat ground.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 8 Scooter Review

VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 mph as well as get about 25 miles of real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock and an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries models of the eight at first. The two versions will be the 15.6 amp-hour version with Chinese batteries. The other will be the 21 amp hour version using LG batteries. Vsett 8 Scooter Review.

With the electric braking, rear drum brake and solid front tire it can help to keep maintenance down. It comes with front and rear swing arm suspension, which could be an improvement to the smaller spring suspension found in the ZERO 8

VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical with VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It was designed to climb bigger hills, have a higher maximum speed and will never have flats compared to that of the VSETT 8.

VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 8 Scooter Review

The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is believed to be a step up from the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Scooter Review.

The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to that of it’s RION scooters.

There is an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I find it to be an good option to protect the controller from harm by overheating.

I am awestruck by the fact it that VSETT 10+ folds to itself after folding since the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to lock the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for a bag or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.

It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance but no distributor will guarantee damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is bigger than the 10X deck, which means it will be much larger.

I was able to see a lot of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the prototype to its final version, I found they do not have the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d have the EXA Form 290 shocks as they’re more comfortable.

The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size so that it is easy to find and install a new.

When I see an image of the VSETT 11+, I instantly visualize Captain America. Some people have voiced their disgust for the colors on the VSETT 11+, however I am a fan of the style. I can imagine dressing up in an Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

Okay, enough about costumes, you likely were looking for specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that appears like it came off of motorcyle.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still it is a 60V battery. I do wish they would have made this using an a 72V battery, but I bet they will release a 72V version in the future. It does offer two stems which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.

The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which are 4 inches wide. It also has a sport mode , similar to the 10+ which is only for two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.

I’d like to see that the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, however I’d love to see it on future renditions. Vsett 8 Scooter Review.
