However, while Minimotors doesn’t get its scooters IP-certified, all of Vsett’s models are rated IP54 which makes them extremely durable as all-year-round scooters. The Vsett 9+ is one this kind of marvel. The fine craftsmanship is described to the point of perfection. You may be awed by the curved design of the handlebars, or the low weight of this dual motor scooter, there’s plenty to tickle your interest. The 9+ is fast and will take you over large distances – a fantastic feature for anyone looking to purchase the commuter scooter. Vsett 8 Lite.
The scooter isn’t weighing tons like most other dual-motor and dual suspension battery capacity performance scooters. Even better, the scooter comes with Vsett’s unique triple stem locking mechanism that makes the scooter a good choice to carry onto public transportation or even in the trunk of your vehicle.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to their VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 8 Lite. It has a larger deck and also has the upgraded clamp that is similar to the clamps you find on the Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw on the VSETT 9, and Rion on the street, I really prefer the clamps on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it was just a Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was just as strong as the Rion but it had two additional safety features.
It is available in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will love since she is a sucker for anything teal. It also locks into itself when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it comes with dual motors instead of a single motor. It comes in the exact color as the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ impressed me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much of it when studying it on a spec sheet. However, once I got the chance to test ride the 9+ I was completely blown away by how fast and responsive the motorbike is. I was thinking that the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ behind however, it was able to keep up.
I normally gravitate towards the powerful scooters, however I could easily see my self using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it would weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get a ton of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles of real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries versions of the 8 first. Two versions will be one of the 15.6 amp-hour version with Chinese batteries and the other will comprise the one with 21 amps that uses LG batteries. Vsett 8 Lite.
With the electric brake, rear drum brake and the solid rear tire, it will assist in keeping maintenance low. It has the front and rear swing arm suspension which should be an improvement to the smaller spring suspension found in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar to VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It’s built to go up higher slopes, have a higher maximum speed and will never have flats as compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is supposed to be a step above it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Lite.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that measure 3 inches wide. It offers the strong clamp that looks like that of RION scooters. RION scooters.
It does come with an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes and then take a 10 minute break. There have been complaints about this feature but I believe it’s an good way to prevent controller damages from overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact I love the fact that VSETT 10+ locks into itself when folded due to the fact that the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to transport. The hook used to secure the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance, none of the distributors warranty damages caused by water. This deck, 10+ is larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.
I saw many photos and videos marketing VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the prototype to its final version, I found they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d include the EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks are of a standard size, making it simple to purchase and set up a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at an image of the VSETT 11+, I automatically think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure with the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I can imagine dressing up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Well that’s enough about costumes, you likely are here for the specifications. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks as if it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is a 60V battery. I do wish they would have made this using the 72V battery however I’m sure they’ll release an equivalent 72V model in the future. It does offer dual stems , which can be very helpful for stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which measure 4 inches in width. It also has a sport mode , similar to the 10+, but it only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the unique clamp, however I’d love to see it in future renditions. Vsett 8 Lite.
