It comes with a bigger deck and also has the upgraded clamp which is comparable to the ones that you can find with Rion scooters. Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp on the VSETT 9 and Rion in person, I really liked the clamp that was on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had a Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was equally robust as the Rion but it had two safety features.
It is available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will love since she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks in it when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place when folded is also used to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter which is why I didn’t think much of it when looking at it on a spec sheet. However, once I had a chance to ride the 9+, I was completely blown away by how fast and responsive the motorbike is. I thought the 10+ was going to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping pace.
I typically prefer powerful scooters, but I could definitely see myself using the 9+ as a daily driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me , but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned how to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is the entry-level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles real-world usage. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery models of the eight initially. The two versions will be that of 15.6 amp-hour version with Chinese batteries and the other will comprise the one with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett 8 Light.
With the electric braking front drum brake, rear drum brake and solid back tire should help to keep maintenance down. It comes with both rear and front swing arm suspension that can make a difference to the smaller spring suspension found in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical to VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It’s built to go up higher slopes as well as have a greater top speed, and will never have flats as compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is supposed to be a step above the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Light.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that measure 3 inches wide. It offers the strong clamp that resembles that of it’s RION scooters.
It does come with an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes before taking a 10 minute break. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, but I believe it’s a good option to protect the controller from damage by overheating.
I like it that VSETT 10+ folds in itself once folded due to the fact that the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to move. The hook used to lock the scooter together doubles into a hook to hang the bag you carry or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter is equipped with an IP44 rating for water resistance but no distributor will guarantee damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X, so it is expected to be very big.
I saw a ton of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype, I found they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would come with the EXA Form 290 shocks because they are more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks come in a traditional size which makes it easy to buy and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see an image of the VSETT 11+ in my view, I instantly visualize Captain America. There are some who have expressed their disgust for the color of the VSETT 11+, however I love the design. I can imagine dressing up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
Okay, that’s enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that appears like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is a 60V battery. I’d like to have created this with a 72V battery but I’m betting they’ll launch another 72V version in the near future. It comes with dual stems , which is always nice to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It has an sport mode similar to the 10+ which is only for two minutes, and then shuts down for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are seeing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, but I would love to see it used on future versions. Vsett 8 Light.
