It has a larger deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp that is similar to the clamps you find with those Rion scooters.

When I first saw the clamp that was on VSETT 9, and Rion in person, I really preferred the clamp that was on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is very strong, however it only had a Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was equally sturdy as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra security features.

It comes in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will like because she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks in its own when folded. Hooks used to secure it into place when folded, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

The VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much of it when reviewing it on a specification sheet. However, once I had an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was blown away by how fast and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was going to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping pace.

I typically prefer powerful scooters, but I could see my self having the 9+ as a daily driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it would be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop on the 9+, and it’s possible to get plenty of air even on flat ground.

The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It comes with a sport mode , similar to the 10+ which only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.

I wish the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we are using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t use the unique clamp, but I’d like to see it in future renditions. Vsett 8 Electric Scooter Review.
