When I saw clamp on the VSETT 9 and Rion on the street, I prefer the clamps on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is strong but it was just the Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was as robust as the Rion however it came with two extra security features.
It comes in a teal and black color which I’m sure my wife will love since she is a sucker for anything teal. It also locks in itself when folded. The hook that holds it into place when folded can also double to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it is equipped with two motors instead of a single motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking much of it when looking at it on a specification sheet. But, when I finally got a chance to ride the 9+ I was blown amazed by how swift and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was about to fly off and leave the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping up.
I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters but I could see my self using the 9+ for a regular driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it would weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned how to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is the entry-level, budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 mph in a single motor and get about 25 miles of real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.

The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is supposed to be a step up from that of the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Electric Scooter.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires that measure three inches in width. It offers the strong clamp that looks like the one on RION scooters. RION scooters.
It does have a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, but I believe it’s an good option to protect the controller from damages from overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact it that VSETT 10+ is able to fold into itself when folded, since the ZERO 10X isn’t making it hard for portability. The hook used to secure the scooter together can also be used to hook as a hanger for the bag you carry or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter does have an IP44 rating for water resistance but none of the distributors will warrant water damage. The 10+ deck is bigger than the 10X deck, which means it will be much larger.
I saw many videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final model I discovered that they do not have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would have one of the EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are of a standard size, making it easy to find and install a new.

Every time I look at an image of the VSETT 11+ I immediately imagine Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. The 11+ has 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It has an sport mode similar to the 10+ which only lasts for 2 minutes , then it shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.
I would like to see the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re experiencing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp used in the zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t use the innovative clamp but I would love to see it on future models. Vsett 8 Electric Scooter.
