VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to their VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 8 Charger. It comes with a bigger deck and also has the upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones you see with the Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw on the VSETT 9, and Rion in person, I actually preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. It’s true that the Rion clamp is very strong, however it just had an Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion however, it was equipped with two additional security features.
It’s available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will love since she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks in it when folded. The hook used to lock it in place when folded, doubles up as a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it is equipped with two motors instead of one motor. It is available in the same color as the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ I was most surprised by.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking much of it when looking at the specs sheet. But, when I finally got the chance to test ride the 9+ I was completely blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be capable of keeping up.
I usually prefer powerful scooters, however I could easily see my self using the 9+ as a daily driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it would weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is the entry-level and budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handles and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two batteries variants of this 8 initially. The two models will have one of the 15.6 amp hour model with Chinese batteries, and the second will comprise the one with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett 8 Charger.
With the electric braking front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid rear tire, it can help to keep maintenance down. It offers both rear and front swing arm suspension, which could make a difference to the small spring suspension included in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical with VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It’s designed to climb bigger hills as well as have a greater maximum speed and never have flats compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black and is said to be a step up from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Charger.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It offers the strong clamp that looks similar to the one on RION scooters. RION scooters.
It does come with a sport mode button that is only active for two minutes and then take a 10 minute break. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I believe it’s a good way to prevent controller damage due to overheating.
I love that the VSETT 10+ locks into itself when folded since the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it hard for portability. The hook that is used to lock the scooter together also doubles up as a hook for the bag you carry or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance however, none of the distributors warrant the damage caused by water. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X deck, which means it should be very large.
I was able to see a lot of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the prototype to its final version I discovered that they do not have the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d have the EXA Form 290 shocks because they are more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are of a standard size, making it easy to buy and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see the VSETT 11+ in my view, I automatically imagine Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure with the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. The VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks as if it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is a 60V battery. I would like to had come up with the 72V battery however I bet they will release another 72V version in the future. It comes with dual stems , which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It comes with a sport mode like the 10+ which only lasts 2 minutes , then it shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.
I wish the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re experiencing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t use the innovative clamp but I’d like to see it in future renditions. Vsett 8 Charger.
