The VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think much of it when studying it on a specification sheet. However, once I had an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was blown amazed by how swift and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ was going to take off leaving the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping pace.

I usually prefer super-powered scooters however I could easily see my self having the 9+ as a daily driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop 9+ and was able to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.

The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It has a sturdy clamp that resembles similar to the clamp on RION scooters. RION scooters.

There is an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking a 10 minute break. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, however I think it is a good way to prevent controller damages due to overheating.

I am awestruck by the fact it that VSETT 10+ is able to fold in itself once folded, because the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to move. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together can also be used to hook as a hanger for bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.

It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter does have a water resistant rating, none of the distributors warrant the damage caused by water. This deck, 10+ is bigger than the 10X so it will be much larger.

I was able to see a lot of images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final model I realized that they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.

The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size which makes it easy to buy and install a replacement.

The 11+ has 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It has a sport mode , similar to the 10+, but it only lasts for 2 minutes , then it shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.

I’d like to see that the 11+ had the new clamp that we’re using on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, however I’d love to see it used on future models. Vsett 8.
