When I saw clamp that was on VSETT 9 as well as Rion in person, I actually prefer the clamps on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is very strong, however it was just an Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion but it had two security features.

It’s available in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will like because she loves everything teal. It also locks into itself when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded is also used to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of one motor. It comes in the exact color as the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ impressed me the most.

It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think much about it when studying it on a specification sheet. However, once I had the chance to test ride the 9+ I was blown amazed by how swift and zippy the scooter is. I was thinking that the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping pace.

I typically prefer powerful scooters, but I could see myself having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it might weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop 9+ and was able to get plenty of air even on flat ground.

The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which are 4 inches wide. It also has an sport mode similar to the 10+ which only lasts for two minutes, and then shuts down after 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.

I wish the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the innovative clamp but I would love to see it in future models. Vsett 8 – 15.6ah.
