It comes with a bigger deck, as well as an upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones that you can find with those Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp on the VSETT 9, and Rion personally, I really liked the clamp for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is strong but it only had an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was equally strong as the Rion however, it was equipped with two additional safety features.
It is available in a teal and black color which I’m sure my wife would love because she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks into its own when folded. Hooks used to secure it into place when folded, doubles up as a bag hook once the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of one motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ I was most surprised by.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking much of it when looking at the specs sheet. However, once I got an opportunity to test drive the 9+ I was blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was able to keep up.
I typically prefer super-powered scooters but I could definitely see myself having the 9+ for a regular driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight for me, but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop 9+ and was able to get a ton of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter that can go up to 25 mph as well as get about 25 miles real-world usage. It comes with an adjustable rear shock as well as a an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries versions of the 8 first. The two models will have one of the 15.6 amp hour model using Chinese batteries. The other will be the 21 amp hour version with LG batteries. Vsett 11 Vs Zero 11x.
With the electric braking with rear drum brake as well as a solid rear tire, it will help to keep maintenance down. It comes with the front and rear swing arm suspension which should be a significant improvement over the small spring suspension in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical as VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It was specifically designed to climb higher hills, have a higher maximum speed and never have flats as compared to the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is supposed to be a step above the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 11 Vs Zero 11x.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires that are three inches in width. It comes with a strong clamp that looks like similar to the clamp on the RION scooters.
It does come with an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I think it is a good option to protect the controller from harm due to overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact that the VSETT 10+ folds to itself after folding because the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to move. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together can also be used to hook into a hook to hang bags or helmets while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter is equipped with a water resistant rating, no distributor will warranty damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X so it is expected to be very big.
I saw many images and videos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the final prototype, I found they didn’t come with the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d come with one of the EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks come in a traditional size, making it easy to buy and set up a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see the VSETT 11+ in my view, I instantly think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I can imagine dressing up in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
Well enough about costumes, you probably were looking for specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still a 60V battery. I would like to have created this with the 72V battery however I bet they will release an equivalent 72V model in the near future. It comes with dual stems which is always a nice feature for stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It has a sport mode like the 10+, but it only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp used in the zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the innovative clamp but I’d like to see it used on future models. Vsett 11 Vs Zero 11x.
