Vsett scooters came along and took the electric scooter industry by storm with some remarkable moves. Vsett 10+r Review. For instance the fact that GoTrax has struggled with equipping their scooters with suspension, even the cheapest of the Vsett scooters rocks suspension with two springs.
However, while Minimotors is unable to get its scooters IP-certified, all of Vsett’s models are rated IP54 which means they are extremely reliable as year-round scooters. Don’t forget that every Vsett scooter is equipped with an NFC key card immobiliser which indicates the seriousness with which the company approaches its craft in the field of smart scooter design.

The Vsett 9+ is one of these marvels. The fine craftsmanship is described to the point of perfection. You may be awed by the curved design on the handles, or the lightweight of this dual-motor scooter- there’s plenty that will tickle your fancy. This 9+ model is fast and can cover long distances- excellent qualities for those interested in an electric scooter for commuters. Vsett 10+r Review.
The scooter isn’t weighing tons, like other dual motor and dual suspension capacity battery-powered performance scooters. Plus, the scooter comes with Vsett’s unique triple stem locking mechanism that makes the scooter a good choice to be carried on public transport or in the trunk of your car.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than their VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and collapsible handlebars. Vsett 10+r Review. It is larger than the deck and also has the new clamp, which is similar to the clamps you find with those Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp on the VSETT 9 as well as Rion in person, I really prefer the clamps that was on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. I think the Rion clamp is strong but it just had a Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was equally sturdy as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra safety features.
It comes in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife will love since she loves everything teal. It also locks its own when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded, doubles up as a bag hook once the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it is equipped with two motors instead of one motor. It comes in the exact shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ is what impressed me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts, so I didn’t think about it while reviewing the specs sheet. However, once I had an opportunity to test drive the 9+ I was completely blown amazed at how quick and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was going to take off leaving the 9+ behind however, it was able to keep up.
I usually prefer super-powered scooters but I could see myself having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me but to some it would weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop 9+ and you’re able to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter that can go up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles actual usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handles and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery models of the eight at first. Two models will have the 15.6 amp hour version with Chinese batteries, and the second version will include the version with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett 10+r Review.
With the electric brake with rear drum brake as well as solid back tire should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It comes with both rear and front swing arm suspension, which could make a difference to the spring suspension that is small included in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical with VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It is specifically designed to climb higher hills, have a higher maximum speed and will never have flats as compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is believed to be a step above the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10+r Review.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires that measure just 3 inches long. It comes with a strong clamp that resembles that of it’s RION scooters.
It does come with the sport mode button, which can only activate for 2 minutes and then take a 10 minute break. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, but I believe it’s an good method to avoid controller damage due to overheating.
I love it that VSETT 10+ is able to fold into itself when folded since the ZERO 10X isn’t making it hard for portability. The hook used to keep the scooter together can also be used to hook up as a hook for bags or helmets when running into a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Even though the scooter has water-resistant ratings, no distributor will warrant the damage caused by water. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.
I saw many photos and videos marketing VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final model, I found they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with one of the EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size which makes it easy to find and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at an image of the VSETT 11+ I automatically visualize Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I could imagine myself getting dressed in an Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still it is a 60V battery. I’d like to had come up with an a 72V battery, but I’m betting they’ll launch another 72V version in the future. It comes with dual stems , which is always nice for stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It also has a sport mode , similar to the 10+, but it only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ had the same clamp that we are seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t utilize the innovative clamp but I would love to see it in future versions. Vsett 10+r Review.
