The clamp I saw that was on VSETT 9, and Rion in person, I actually liked the clamp for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it just had an Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was equally robust as the Rion however it came with two additional safety features.
It’s available in a black and teal color which I’m sure my wife will like because she is a sucker for all things teal. It also locks in its own when folded. The hook used to lock it in place after folding is also used to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking about it while studying the specs sheet. However, once I had the chance to test ride it, I was blown amazed at how quick and smooth the bike is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping up.
I usually prefer super-powered scooters but I could see my self using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me , but to some it could weigh in at 62lbs.) I was able to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get tons of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is the entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter that can go up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles of real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.

The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It comes with a strong clamp that looks like that of the RION scooters.
It does come with an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature but I believe it’s an good way to prevent controller damage due to overheating.
I like I love the fact that VSETT 10+ folds in itself once folded, due to the fact that the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it hard for portability. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together can also be used to hook up as a hook for a bag or your helmet when running into a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Even though the scooter has a water resistant rating but none of the distributors warranty water damage. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X deck, which means it should be very large.
I saw a ton of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the prototype to its final version, I found they do not have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d include one of the EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size which makes it simple to purchase and set up a replacement.

The 11+ comes with 11-inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It comes with a sport mode , similar to the 10+, but it only lasts two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ had the same clamp that we are seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t use the unique clamp, but I’d like to see it in future models. Vsett 10 Controller.
