When I saw clamp that was on VSETT 9 as well as Rion on the street, I really liked the clamp that was on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it was just an Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was as strong as the Rion however, it was equipped with two additional safety features.

It’s available in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife will like because she is a sucker for everything teal. It also locks itself when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded can also double to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of one motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed with the 10+, but the 9+ surprised me the most.

The VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much of it when reviewing it on a spec sheet. But, when I finally got a chance to ride the 9+, I was completely blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I thought the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping up.

I normally gravitate towards the high powered scooters but I could see my self using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me but to some it might weigh 62 pounds.) I learned to bunny hop on the 9+, and it’s possible to get a ton of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.

The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that are three inches in width. It comes with a strong clamp that resembles that of it’s RION scooters.

There is the sport mode button, which will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking a 10 minute break. There have been complaints about this feature but I think it is an good method to avoid controller damage from overheating.

I am awestruck by the fact that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold to itself after folding because the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to transport. The hook used to keep the scooter together can also be used to hook as a hanger for the bag you carry or your helmet when running into a store.

It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter does have water-resistant ratings, none of the distributors will warranty the damage caused by water. This deck, 10+ is bigger than the 10X, so it is expected to be very big.

Whenever I see an image of the VSETT 11+ in my view, I automatically imagine Captain America. A few people have expressed their disgust for the colors on the VSETT 11+, however I love the design. I can imagine dressing up in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

Well that’s enough about costumes, chances are you came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks like it was ripped off of a motorbike.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is it is a 60V battery. I would like to had come up with the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch another 72V version in the future. It comes with dual stems which is always nice for stability.

The 11+ has 11 inch tires which measure 4 inches in width. It also has a sport mode like the 10+, but it is only for 2 minutes , then it shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.

I wish the 11+ had the same clamp that we are seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are getting the same clamp used in the zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, however I’d love to see it used on future renditions. Vsett 10+ Charging.
