VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It offers adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 10+ 25.6ah. It has a larger deck, as well as an upgraded clamp that is similar to the clamps you find with those Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw in the VSETT 9 as well as Rion personally, I really preferred the clamp that was on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it was just an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was equally robust as the Rion however it came with two safety features.
It’s available in a black and teal color which I’m sure my wife would love because she loves everything teal. It also locks into it when folded. The hook used to lock it into place when folded can also double as a bag hook once the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it comes with dual motors instead of a single motor. It comes in the exact color as the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ impressed me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking about it while reviewing it on a spec sheet. But, when I finally got an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was completely blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ was going to take off leaving the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was able to keep up.
I typically prefer high powered scooters but I could definitely see me using the 9+ as a daily driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it might weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter that can go up to 25 miles per hour as well as get about 25 miles of real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two battery variants of this 8 initially. The two variants will include that of 15.6 amp hour model using Chinese batteries and the other version will include the version with 21 amps with LG batteries. Vsett 10+ 25.6ah.
With its electric brakes front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid rear tire, it will help to keep maintenance down. It comes with front and rear swing arm suspension that can make a difference to the spring suspension that is small included in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical as VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It was built to go up higher slopes as well as have a greater speeds, and never have flats compared to the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black and is said to be a step above the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10+ 25.6ah.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over the Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires that are three inches in width. It offers the strong clamp that resembles similar to the clamp on the RION scooters.
There is an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I believe it’s a good way to prevent controller damages from overheating.
I love I love the fact that VSETT 10+ is able to fold in itself once folded, since the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to move. The hook used to keep the scooter together doubles as a hanger for the bag you carry or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter does have water-resistant ratings, none of the distributors will guarantee water damage. This deck, 10+ is bigger than the 10X so it should be very large.
I was able to see a lot of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype I discovered that they don’t have an EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with the EXA Form 290 shocks because they are more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks come in a traditional size which makes it easy to buy and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see the VSETT 11+ in my view, I instantly think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, however I love the design. I could imagine myself getting dressed in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Well you’ve had enough about costumes, you probably are here for the specifications. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that appears like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is a 60V battery. I would like to have made this using the 72V battery however I’m sure they’ll release an equivalent 72V model in the near future. It does offer dual stems , which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which measure 4 inches in width. It also has an sport mode similar to the 10+ which is only for two minutes, and then shuts down for 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t use the innovative clamp however I’d love to see it on future renditions. Vsett 10+ 25.6ah.
