Sunday afternoon I popped down to Ride the Glide here in Victoria to review the Mercane MX 60.
At first glance it looks like it’s chunky and solid. The comfort is exceptional for riding and with the smooth acceleration throttle response makes for a very pleasant ride. The twin 1200 watt motors with 60V and 20am/h battery allows the heavy duty electric scooter to propel a large guy like me down the road with ease. Top speed seems like it would be about 50 km/h hour and range I think is probably around 40-50kms depending on rider weight and power use, wind etc.

I think this scooter is super solid and if you have a safe storage option for it that doesn’t require lifting it then it could be a terrific scooter for commuting, cruising etc.. I was super happy with the ride quality and with such a large deck it makes it super comfortable to stand for extended periods of time. Do ask any questions down below 🙂
